Our consultants perform different roles, depending on the client context, as Strategists, Analysts, Agilists and Coaches.  

They draw on the disciplines of Design Thinking, Change Theory, Agile Delivery and Leadership Development  to help clients meet their biggest challenges by building innovative, adaptive and continuously-improving organizations.

Advisory, mentoring and framing support

Sometimes, you just need a thought partner, a trusted advisor with whom you can test your thinking.   Maybe you need perspective or thoughts on framing an issue or challenge.  Whether it is in the boardroom or at the whiteboard … whether you are ”cooking up a plan” or want to explore the possibilities ... whether you need a one-off advisory meeting, regularly scheduled conversations or retained counsel, we can help.

Team facilitation

We’ve all had experience of well-meaning teams trying to work through issues, solve problems or chart a course of action in a way that expends a lot of energy without achieving much.  A well-designed experiential approach, leveraging thoughtfully curated content and delivered by professional facilitators can make all the difference.  Our team is skilled in guiding large and small groups through facilitated experiences that achieve positive outcomes – whether through ½-day workshops or multi-day team offsite events. 

Dedicated one-on-one and team coaching

Developing and deliberately practicing new ways of working, behaving, delivering and leading usually requires support.  You don’t need someone constantly telling you what to do … nor do you need someone doing your job for you!  You need what all high-performing teams and change agents have:  a dedicated coach – someone dedicated to your current performance and continued development.   Our team is experienced in providing both teams and individuals the right balance of challenge and support in the context of major change and performance improvement efforts. 

Consulting support for single or multiple change projects

Project support (along with that for Programmes) is our sweet spot.   We work with your teams, alongside them, in a leveraged way to deliver value and build capability through clearly scoped projects, with fixed timescales, focused on addressing your adaptive challenge(s).  

Longer-term programme-level strategy and implementation support

In most cases, the only way to make the path is to walk it – from one end to the other.   Programme-level support combines our other support models into a single, coherent yet flexible and customisable way of supporting your change efforts.
